Our wedding on Saturday was absolutely perfect. It stormed hard for about 2 hours during our ceremony. The power went out so we couldn’t have our screening of Pee-wee’s Big Adventure or play Katamari on the projector…but the grill still fired up and delicious room-temperature drinks were had. The pies melted a bit, but they were still amazingly good. Luckily our Jambox didn’t need power, so the tunes were still going!

This is where we got married this past weekend. Even without power, it was still so beautiful. Once the dark storm settled I was able to snap a photo.

We got this beauty of an espresso machine as an early wedding gift from Brad’s aunt. It makes some delicious sweet almond milk lattes.
